Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Manager for the Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation (NASO) to oversee engineering and technical services for overhaul and repair of carrier and surface ship equipment.

The ideal candidate has DoD acquisition experience, U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer background preferred, and a DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one. Role may require travel and collaboration with major U.S. shipyards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Navy and DOD acquisition processes across Naval Ship construction, modernization, and C4I programs.
• Experience as a U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer (preferred) with shipyard collaboration.
• Current DoD security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• United States citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development and proposal efforts related to U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier and Surface Ship Engineering and Maintenance Teams.
• Identify NASO new business areas in US and international markets.
• Manage personnel to support short-term and long-term contract efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
