Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Program Manager for NASO to oversee engineering and technical services supporting Navy carriers and ships. You will lead proposals, manage teams, and drive business development efforts, ensuring contractual success across programs.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to travel up to 25% for CONUS/OCONUS assignments. You will work within Serco’s Maritime, Engineering, Technology, and Sustainment unit.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) plus 8–10 years of experience, or Bachelor +15 years.
• Extensive Navy and DoD acquisition experience across naval ship programs.
• Current DoD security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead / support business development and proposal efforts related to Navy programs.
• Identify NASO new business areas in US and international markets.
• Manage personnel to support short- and long-term contract efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
