Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead engineering and technical services for the overhaul and repair of U.S. Navy carriers and surface ships. This role involves coordinating proposals, business development, and program execution with DoD clearance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have Navy acquisition experience, strong leadership, and the ability to engage stakeholders across complex programs. Travel may be required, and citizenship to the U.S. is essential.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering with 8–10 years experience or Bachelor with 15 years, with adjustments for specialized knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leading / supporting business development and proposal efforts related to U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier and Surface Ship Engineering and Maintenance Teams.
• Identifying NASO new business areas in the US and international markets.
• Managing personnel to support short-term and long-term contract efforts.
• Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
