Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (ABET) with 8–10 years of experience (Bachelor +15 years considered).
• Extensive experience in Navy and DoD acquisition processes (Naval Ship, modernization, C4I).
• Current DoD security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development and proposal efforts related to US Navy Aircraft Carrier and Surface Ship Engineering and Maintenance Assist Teams.
• Identify NASO new business areas in the US and international markets.
• Manage personnel to support short- and long-term contract efforts.
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
