Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead engineering and technical services for Navy carrier and surface ship maintenance programs. The role focuses on development, planning, and execution of complex DoD contracts in NASO, with risk management and stakeholder coordination across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Engineering and 8–10 years of relevant experience, citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering with 8–10 years of related experience; or Bachelor's with 15 years.
• Extensive experience in Navy and DoD acquisition processes.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance; DoD clearance post-employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead / support business development and proposal efforts related to U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier and Surface Ship Engineering and Maintenance Assist Teams.
• Identify NASO new business areas in the US and international markets.
• Manage personnel as required to support short-term and long-term contract efforts.
