Job summary

Serco's NASO team seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee engineering and technical services for navy carriers and surface ships. You will lead, support, and coordinate proposals and contracts, traveling as required and maintaining DoD clearance readiness.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Navy/DoD acquisition experience, leadership skills, and a DoD Secret clearance pathway. The role involves collaboration with shipyards and government stakeholders in a high-impact defense environment.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Engineering with 8–10 years of experience or 15 years with Bachelor, depending on education.
• Extensive experience in Navy and DoD acquisition processes and programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development and proposal efforts for Navy carrier and surface ship programs.
• Identify NASO new business areas in US and international markets.
• Manage personnel to support short- and long-term contract efforts; build stakeholder relationships.
