Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation (NASO). The role oversees engineering and technical services supporting overhaul and repair of Navy aircraft carriers and surface ships.

The ideal candidate has a DoD Secret clearance, a master’s degree in engineering, and 8–10 years of Navy/DOD acquisition experience, with strong leadership, proposal development, and stakeholder management skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering plus 8–10 years of experience; Bachelor +15 years considered.
• Extensive Navy and DoD acquisition experience incl. Naval Ship construction and modernization.
• 现 DoD security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Up to 25% travel for CONUS/OCONUS may be required.
• Ideal candidate: U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer with shipyard collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support business development and proposal efforts for Navy Carrier/Surface Ship programs.
• Identify NASO new business areas in US and international markets.
• Manage personnel to support short- and long-term contract efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
