RTX in the United States (Hybrid) seeks an Operations Manager for the NP Engineering Execution Department. The role drives efficient engineering operations, supports capital planning, staffing, forecasting, and governance alignment, and partners with engineering leaders to ensure strong execution. Travel is required.

The position requires an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required before start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
• Experience operating autonomously in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CapEx planning or execution.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Support NP Engineering leadership in operations across the organization.
• Assist capital planning and execution activities.
• Support staffing and demand forecasting.
• Facilitate annual goal alignment processes.
• Drive process improvements in operations.
• Collaborate with NP Engineering leaders and governance bodies.
