Job summary

RTX’s Naval Power (NP) Engineering Execution Department seeks an Operations Manager to drive efficient engineering operations. The role manages capital planning, staffing, forecasting, and alignment processes, enabling strong execution and organizational improvement.

The position requires collaboration across NP Engineering leaders and disciplines, with travel to meet objectives. Hybrid role in multiple US sites; citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with CapEx planning or execution.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Apps.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the NP Engineering leadership team in efficient and effective operations.
• Support Capital planning and execution activities.
• Support staffing and demand forecasting.
• Facilitate CORE and annual goal alignment processes.
• Drive process improvements into organization operations.
• Collaborate across NP Engineering leadership team, disciplines, and governance organization.
• Travel is required to meet organizational objectives.
