RTX’s Naval Power (NP) Engineering Execution Department seeks an Operations Manager for a hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ, Plano, TX, or TeWksbury, MA. You will coordinate capital planning, staffing and demand forecasting, and governance activities across engineering teams to enable execution.

Qualifications

• Experience operating autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior leaders.
• Experience with CapEx planning or execution.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Apps.
• Active and transferable DoD security clearance (Secret).

Responsibilities

• Support NP Engineering leadership in efficient operations.
• Assist Capital planning and execution activities.
• Support staffing and demand forecasting.
• Facilitate CORE and annual goal alignment processes.
• Drive process improvements across organization operations.
• Collaborate with NP Engineering leaders, disciplines, governance.
• Travel is required to meet objectives.
