Job summary

RTX is seeking an Operations Manager for its Naval Power Engineering Execution Department. Hybrid role based in the US with duties spanning capital planning, staffing support, demand forecasting, and coordination across engineering leaders to ensure efficient operations.

You will collaborate with governance and functional partners, manage training requirements, and drive process improvements. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working across functions and disciplines, including influencing without authority.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders.
• Experience with CapEx planning or execution.
• Experience with Power BI or Power App.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required before the start date.

Responsibilities

• Support the NP Engineering leadership team in efficient and effective operations across the organization.
• Support Capital planning and execution activities.
• Supports staffing and demand forecasting.
• Facilitates CORE and annual goal alignment processes.
• Drive process improvements into organization operations.
• Collaborates across NP Engineering leadership team, disciplines, and governance organization.
• Travel is required to meet organizational objectives.
