The role involves troubleshooting device and network issues, performing routine checks, and educating staff on software functionality. Some shifts include evenings or weekends based on customer needs.

Formación

• Ability to travel to healthcare facilities for field assignments.
• Associate degree preferred in biomedical, IT, electronics, or related field.
• 1+ year of technical experience required; 3+ years in a field technician role preferred.
• Experience in IT support, electronics, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy technology is a plus.
• Must maintain personal parts inventory sourced from approved vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, configuration, and updates for medical devices, software, and networking systems.
• Conduct routine checks to verify proper functionality after setup.
• Troubleshoot device and network issues, resolving technical problems independently or escalating complex cases.
• Follow calibration protocols for servicing equipment.
• Educate healthcare staff on device utilization and software functionality.
• Maintain compliance with hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
