IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a field-based technician to install, configure, and upgrade automated medication dispensing devices in hospitals. You will travel regionally to sites, perform calibrations, and train staff on software functionality.

The role requires 1+ year of technical experience, an associate degree in a related field, and willingness to travel. Some night/weekend work is possible; vaccine/credentialing may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred; 1+ year technical experience required.
• 3+ years in a field technician role preferred.
• Experience in IT support, electronics, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy technology is a plus.
• Must maintain personal parts inventory sourced from approved vendors.

• Install, configure, and update medical devices, software, and networks.
• Perform routine checks and verify proper functionality after setup.
• Troubleshoot device and network issues; escalate as needed.
• Follow calibration protocols for servicing equipment.
