Job summary

OPENLANE is a technology-driven, data-powered marketplace for used vehicles, seeking a Title Specialist in Carmel, IN. You will handle title service processing to ensure SLA and PAR quality, support 50 state titling processes, and maintain strong communication with auctions, DMV, and clients.

The role requires high accuracy, fast typing, and solid organization while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment. Onsite position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years general office and data entry experience.
• Fast, accurate typing 45–60 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and research questions.
• Complete title and/or registration applications and recovery affidavits.
• Input new title requests into title inventory system and track transactions.
• Call Department of Motor Vehicles for daily updates and maintain title documentation.
