The ideal candidate has 5+ years in vehicle title processing and 1+ year of supervision, plus strong communication, data-driven mindset, and process improvement skills. Strong collaboration with the Titles Ops leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of vehicle title processing experience and automotive customer service preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a title department.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate end-user issues as needed.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for processing vehicle titles from multiple states with accuracy.
• Establish and manage KPIs for the Title team and ensure goals are met.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
