Responsibilities

• Handle incoming title issues promptly via email, text, and phone calls.
• Ensure issues are resolved completely or escalated to the appropriate department.
• Process vehicle titles from various states with meticulous accuracy.
• Collaborate with agencies, customers, and lienholders to resolve title issues.
• Ensure titles are promptly dispatched to buying dealers.
