Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Title Specialist to process title services and ensure SLA and PAR quality. The role covers 50-state titling, recovery affidavits, and communication with auctions to maintain accurate, timely titles.

You will deliver strong customer service, perform data entry, and coordinate with DMV and internal teams to keep title work moving. A High School Diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with strong telephone support.
• General filing, copying and administrative support.
• Complete title and/or registration applications, recovery affidavits and tracking transactions in all 51 U.S. jurisdictions.
• Input new title requests into title inventory system.
• Call DMV for updates daily.
• Prepare and distribute title invoices with fees.
• Review documents for accurate titles.
• Maintain records of title movements with PAR North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide reports to management or clients as required.
• Maintain up-to-date title files and forms for new, duplicate or repossession titles.
• Communicate changes with DMV in state processing of title applications.
