Esri seeks a senior business development manager to drive strategy with distributors and co-sell Esri technology across regions. You will leverage your enterprise software experience to identify growth, articulate value, and expand adoption of GIS solutions among national security and public safety sectors.

Hybrid/global role with heavy collaboration, executive-level engagement, and a focus on strategic partnerships. Ability to travel globally is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years shaping technical specifications to meet customer needs
• Eligible for NATO security clearance
• Experience in defense, intelligence or public safety sectors
• Proven enterprise software sales through channel partners
• Strong negotiation and strategic engagement skills
• Excellent storytelling and executive-level presentation ability
• Willingness to travel globally (25–50%)
• Understanding of GIS and Esri technology in national security contexts
• Experience with BI, marketing, or supply chain disciplines
• Experience with or in global consulting environments
