Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales or consulting experience.
• Experience with utilities, telecom, or rail.
• Experience managing sales cycles and partnerships; trusted adviser.
• Domestic and international partner network experience.
• Strong storytelling and negotiation across all organizational levels.
• Experience developing multi-level sales strategies and partner plans.
• Familiarity with Esri technology to support partner campaigns.
• Channel management or partner development experience.
• Ability to travel 25–50% domestically or internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Esri account managers, BD, and industry marketing to develop partner plans.
• Drive opportunities with partners and systems integrators; align with Esri goals.
• Identify and engage growth partners; craft and execute go-to-market plans.
• Act as a strategic leader; represent Esri at events and recruit new partners.
