Job summary

Esri is seeking a dynamic leader to drive adoption and growth within the commercial account team in the United States. You will coach a virtual and in-person sales team, mentor talent, and own strategic account growth strategies across industries using GIS expertise.

As an expert in ArcGIS and Esri solutions, you will negotiate with executive stakeholders, lead the full sales cycle, and present at industry events to advance customer outcomes and expand adoption of Esri technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or relevant consulting or program management experience.
• 3+ years mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales activities of your team by strategically leading all stages of the account management process.
• Develop location strategies for large, complex organizations and lead opportunities within high-level lines of business.
• Understand customers and translate GIS solutions to business value for executive stakeholders.
