Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI & Emerging Tech Specialist to accelerate customers' journey to transform mission areas with AI and cloud technologies.

You will develop customer use cases, drive adoption, and shape go‑to‑market strategies across multiple agencies, working with account teams on secure and classified environments. You will engage with executives to align AWS AI, data, analytics, and mission-focused services, guiding adoption of DataOps, MLOps, and AI

Qualifications

7+ years of technology platform sales with an understanding of government IT
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience with AI/ML technologies is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Prospect into new AI and emerging technology customers and buying centers
Serve as a subject matter expert in AI and emerging technologies
Meet regularly with national security executives and mission owners to understand requirements
Negotiate and close large, complex AI and emerging technology opportunities
Collaborate with AWS leaders to align solutions with customer mission needs
Represent the voice of the customer and curate feature requests for regions
Identify opportunities for Marketing and Public Policy engagements
Leverage associations to establish AWS as a thought leader in AI and emerging tech
