Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a dynamic AI & Emerging Tech Specialist to drive mission-critical use cases and adoption of AWS AI, data, analytics, and emerging services across U.S. defense and intelligence customers.

You will work with account teams to identify mission-driven opportunities, lead strategy discussions, and close large-scale AI deals while operating in secure, classified environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of technology platform sales with an understanding of government IT, data centers, cloud services and cloud adoption experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into new AI and emerging technology customers and buying centers by working with AWS account teams and partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in AI and emerging technologies — including generative AI and AWS services — providing sales guidance and thought leadership.
• Meet with national security executives and mission owners to understand requirements and introduce AWS AI, data, analytics, and emerging tech services.
• Negotiate and close large, complex AI opportunities across multiple agencies and buying centers.
• Collaborate with customer account teams, engineering leaders, professional services, and program managers to align solutions with mission needs.
• Represent the voice of the customer and curate feature requests and regional requirements across classified and unclassified environments.
