Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an AI & Emerging Tech Specialist for the WWPS team to accelerate missions with generative AI, data, and secure cloud solutions.

You will develop customer use cases, drive adoption, and shape go-to-market strategies across agencies, working with account teams to deliver mission-driven outcomes. The role requires a Top Secret clearance with polygraph eligibility and the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI clearance post hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of technology platform sales with an understanding of government IT and cloud adoption.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into new AI and emerging technology customers with AWS account teams to identify mission-driven use cases.
• Provide specialized sales guidance, technical enablement, and thought leadership on AI and emerging tech to account teams and customers.
• Meet national security executives to understand mission requirements and introduce AWS AI, data, analytics and services.
• Negotiate and close large, complex AI opportunities across agencies and buying centers.
• Collaborate with AWS leaders to align emerging tech solutions with customer mission needs.
• Represent customer feedback to product teams and curate feature requests for both classified and unclassified environments.
• Identify opportunities for Marketing and Public Policy engagements to position AWS in national security AI adoption.
• Leverage associations to establish AWS as a thought leader in AI and emerging technologies.
