VSP Vision Care is seeking a Training and Development Specialist in the United States to enhance technical, sales, and communication skills across the organization. You will design agendas, manuals, online modules, and webinars, and lead delivery for new hires and current staff.

You will partner with business leaders to drive successful training initiatives for product and system rollouts, mentor trainers, and manage projects. Travel up to 50% is required; remote/hybrid options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years training and development experience.
• 2+ years presentation and facilitation experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess needed improvements for technical, sales and communication skills; design, develop and deliver training.
• Design and develop training agendas and materials including manuals, leader's guides, online modules and webinars.
• Assess training needs and manage training delivery for new product and system rollouts.
• Partner with business partners to execute training events for new hires and existing employees.
• Deliver dynamic and relevant training sessions that meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with department trainers to maintain and enhance programs.
• Serve as expert and focal point for on-site staff for complex issues and interpretation of information.
• Mentor and provide leadership and guidance to trainers.
• Conduct sales, systems and service skill training to employees in regional offices.
