VSP Vision is seeking a Training Specialist to assess training needs and design, develop, and deliver programs that elevate technical, sales, and communication skills. You will create agendas, manuals, online modules, and webinars, and manage rollout for new products and systems.

You will partner with business leaders to execute successful training events for both new hires and existing staff, while delivering dynamic sessions and mentoring fellow trainers. Travel 50% of the time is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years training and development experience.
• 2+ years presentation and facilitation experience.
• Proven knowledge of CRM/CMA systems.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Assess training needs and design development and delivery plans.
• Design and develop training agendas, materials, modules, and webinars.
• Lead training events for new hires and existing employees.
• Partner with business teams to execute training.
• Deliver training for sales, systems, and service skills.
• Collaborate with other trainers to improve programs.
• Serve as mentor to trainers.
• Support on-site staff with complex issues and interpretations.
• Travel 50% of the time.
