Job summary

Icom America Inc is seeking a National Sales Manager in Kirkland, WA to lead the US sales group. You will guide a team of outside and inside sales professionals, develop territory plans, and drive revenue targets while collaborating with marketing and dealers.

The role requires deep RF wireless knowledge, strong leadership, and proven ability to win in the US land mobile radio market. Travel about two weeks per month is expected; a electrical engineering degree or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in national sales teams.
• Electrical engineering background or related certification preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide sales team (outside and inside) to meet targets.
• Develop territory plans and incorporate dealer/customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales Marketing to implement leads and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts.
• Train staff on products and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee budget and policy development for the sales force.
