Job summary

Cubic Defense/Nuvotronics seeks a Senior Regional Sales Manager (RF Hardware) to drive growth with U.S. government and commercial customers. You will own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract close, coordinating across engineering, product, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in aerospace payload hardware sales, a proven ability to win design opportunities, and a strong network in the Satcom and defense sectors. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of aerospace payload hardware sales experience.
• Proven track record of driving design wins and revenue in RF/microwave markets.
• Expertise selling RF components to defense and government customers.
• Strong communication with engineers, PMs, procurement and executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new sales opportunities in assigned satcom markets.
• Develop strategic account plans to exceed sales goals.
• Lead negotiations and contract terms to secure long-term revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Provide regular forecasts and CRM updates.
