Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a National Rental Customer Development Manager to retain and grow national rental accounts across West and Central regions. This is a 100% sales role with significant travel and remote work options.

You will drive revenue growth, manage large accounts, and develop strategic account plans. The position offers a base of $70,000 per year plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years or more of experience in sales or related roles.
• Demonstrated quota achievement in prior sales roles.
• Experience as Rental Manager/RAM/BDM on the lease side preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of approximately 100 top national rental accounts.
• Grow wallet share and revenue within assigned accounts.
• Develop sales and communication plans for each account.
• Lead customer meetings and build relationships at all levels.
• Attend customer events and trade shows when applicable.
• Conduct annual business reviews with assigned customers.
