This remote role combines independent account management with strategic planning and frequent travel to meet clients across the West and Central regions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with quota achievement
• Experience as Rental Manager, RAM, or BDM on lease side preferred
• Demonstrated sales excellence in prior roles

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of approximately 100 top national rental accounts
• Grows wallet share and revenue within assigned national rental accounts
• Develops sales plans and a communication plan for each assigned account
• Schedules and leads customer meetings and builds strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization
• Attends customer events and trade shows for applicable industries within the territory
• Completes annual business reviews with assigned customers
• Analyzes the profitability of assigned national rental accounts and fully understands the competitive influences and risks within each account
• Partners with Rental Account Managers (RAMs) to develop their skill sets and help them grow into higher level salespeople
