Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Rental Customer Development Manager to manage a national book of rental accounts and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on retaining and expanding relationships, increasing wallet share, and meeting quotas, with 60–75% travel and a remote-first setup for West and Central regions.

You will lead sales plans, coordinate with RAMs, and participate in industry events while delivering strong customer outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years or more of experience in sales or related field.
• Experience in rental industry or asset leasing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of top national rental accounts and grow wallet share.
• Develop sales plans and account strategies for assigned customers.
• Lead customer meetings and build strong relationships at all levels.
• Attend events and trade shows within the territory and perform annual business reviews.
