Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Rental Customer Development Manager to manage a national portfolio of top rental accounts. This 100% sales role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with travel across the West and Central regions and a remote-friendly setup.

You will lead account strategies, grow wallet share, and drive revenue while maintaining strong relationships at all organizational levels. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of sales experience with quota achievement.
• Experience in rental, fleet or leasing environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of ~100 top national rental accounts.
• Grows wallet share and revenue within assigned accounts.
• Develops sales plans and communication plans for each account.
• Schedules and leads customer meetings; builds relationships at all levels.
• Attends customer events and trade shows for applicable industries.
• Travel 60%–75% with frequent overnight travel.
