Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmacy, health economics, actuarial science, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years in pharmacy benefits management, health economics, or healthcare analytics.
• 5+ years managing technology platforms and enterprise analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform.
• Develop standardized analytics methodologies, tools and reporting.
• Create scalable data solutions and automated analytics workflows.
• Lead knowledge management to share best practices across regions.
• Oversee data integration from PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and claims admins.
