Job summary

HUB International seeks a Director of Pharmacy Analytics to build and lead national analytics infrastructure supporting Regional Pharmacy Directors and field teams nationwide.

You will manage enterprise analytics platforms, data integration from PBMs, and reporting frameworks, driving insights for clients and internal leadership. A strong background in healthcare analytics and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent in pharmacy, health economics, actuarial science, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefits management, health economics, or healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform for regional directors and field teams.
• Develop standardized analytics methodologies, tools, and reporting for nationwide deployment.
• Create scalable data solutions and automated analytics workflows.
• Establish centralized analytics support services to enhance field capabilities.
• Design knowledge management systems to capture best practices across teams.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of analytics technology platforms and tools.
• Manage vendor relationships and data providers involved in pharmacy analytics.
• Oversee data integration from PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and claims admins.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms.
• Develop analytics models for forecasting, cost projection, and benchmarking.
• Provide training and enable self-service analytics for field teams.
• Lead a remote team of analysts and data scientists.
