Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Analytics to build and lead national analytics infrastructure, supporting field teams and Regional Pharmacy Directors across markets. This role focuses on enterprise analytics capabilities, platform management, and staying ahead of the evolving pharmaceutical landscape.

You will create scalable analytics solutions that empower data-driven pharmacy benefit consulting for clients nationwide, while ensuring data quality and security across

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive pharmacy benefits or analytics experience.
• Experience managing technology platforms and enterprise analytics infrastructure.
• Experience supporting field teams in a consulting or services setting.
• Ability to build scalable analytics solutions for multi-location orgs.
• Proficiency in BI and analytics tools (R/Python/SAS, Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform.
• Develop standardized methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Create scalable data solutions and automated analytics workflows.
• Establish centralized analytics support services for field teams.
• Design knowledge management systems for best practices.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of analytics platforms.
• Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency and capabilities.
• Coordinate training for regional teams.
