Job summary
HUB International is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Analytics to build and lead a national analytics infrastructure supporting Regional Pharmacy Directors and field teams across markets. You will develop enterprise-wide analytics capabilities, manage pharmacy technology platforms, and provide data-driven PBM insights nationwide.
The role requires an advanced degree and 8–10 years of experience in pharmacy analytics, with mastery of enterprise analytics tools, data integration, and vendor
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in pharmacy, health economics, actuarial science, statistics, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefits management, health economics, or healthcare analytics
- Experience building scalable analytics solutions for multi-location organizations
Responsibilities
- Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform
- Develop standardized analytical methodologies and reporting frameworks
- Create scalable data solutions and automated analytics workflows
- Establish centralized analytics support services for field teams
- Design and implement knowledge management systems across regional teams
- Lead evaluation and implementation of analytics technology platforms
- Oversee data integration from PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and claims admins
- Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance
- Develop training programs for regional staff
- Provide support to Regional Pharmacy Directors and field teams
