Job summary

SCAN, a nonprofit health organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics (Pharmacy Analytics) to drive decision-making and optimize pharmacy operations through data. You will lead a team of analysts, develop dashboards, and partner with Pharmacy leadership to improve patient outcomes and cost-effectiveness.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in healthcare analytics, 2–3 years in management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; PharmD preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare analytics, pharmacy informatics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of demonstrated management and leadership experience.
• 2+ years of prior managed care experience with Part D at a PBM or health plan.
• Excellent analytical, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret pharmacy data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for KPIs in pharmacy operations.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve medication utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Set analytics priorities with pharmacy leadership and establish success metrics.
• Support regulatory compliance with audits and regulatory guidance.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations and data visuals.
• Mentor team members and oversee analytics projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate to anticipate changes in regulations, benefit administration, and quality operations.
• Lead quantitative analyses to improve programs and processes affecting care quality and utilization.
• Develop a high-functioning team to execute department plans and manage IT portfolio requests.
