Job summary
HUB International is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Analytics to build and lead national analytics infrastructure, supporting Regional Pharmacy Directors and field teams across markets. You will develop enterprise analytics capabilities, manage platforms, and maintain intelligence on the evolving pharm landscape to deliver data-driven PBM consulting tools nationwide.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in pharmacy, health economics, actuarial science, statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefits management, health economics, or healthcare analytics.
- Experience managing technology platforms and enterprise-wide analytical infrastructure.
- Experience supporting field teams or regional operations in consulting or professional services.
Responsibilities
- Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform.
- Develop standardized analytical methodologies and reporting frameworks.
- Create scalable data solutions and automated analytics workflows.
- Establish centralized analytics support services for field teams.
- Design knowledge management systems to share best practices.
