Qualifications

Advanced degree in pharmacy, health economics, actuarial science, statistics, or related field.
8–10 years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefits management, health economics, or healthcare analytics.
Experience in building analytics platforms and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform supporting regional directors and field teams.
Develop standardized analytical methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Create scalable data solutions and automated analytics workflows.
Establish centralized analytics support services for field teams.
Design and implement knowledge management systems for best practices.
