Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Analytics to build and lead a national pharmacy analytics platform supporting Regional Pharmacy Directors and field teams across markets. The role focuses on developing enterprise-wide analytics capabilities, managing pharmacy technology platforms, and delivering data-driven PBM insights to clients nationwide.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in pharmacy, health economics, actuarial science, statistics, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefits management, health economics, or healthcare analytics in lieu of advanced degree.
Experience leading enterprise analytics platforms and enterprise-wide analytical infrastructure.
Understanding of PBM data standards, claims processing systems, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

Build and oversee a national pharmacy analytics platform supporting Regional Pharmacy Directors and field teams across all markets.
Develop standardized analytical methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks for nationwide deployment.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all pharmacy analytics platforms.
Drive automation and dashboards to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities for field teams.
Coordinate knowledge management and training for regional teams and leadership.
