Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Analytics to build and lead a national analytics infrastructure for pharmacy benefits. You will empower Regional Pharmacy Directors with scalable data solutions and reporting capabilities to support clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with extensive healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics infrastructure and field support.
• Proven ability to build scalable analytics solutions for multi-location organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee national pharmacy analytics platform across markets.
• Develop standardized methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee data integration from PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and claims admins.
• Lead technology platform evaluation, vendor relationships, and deployment.
• Provide analytics insights and dashboards for regional Directors.
