Job summary

BILH Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Strategic Analytics Manager to guide enterprise data strategy and analytics across the system. You will translate clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights for pharmacy leadership and executives.

You will design scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting platforms, oversee data governance, partner with IT and clinical stakeholders, and mentor analytics professionals to advance data-enabled decision making.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Active pharmacist license required.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare analytics, data science, informatics, consulting, or strategic analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
• Experience with healthcare data systems and EHRs.
• Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practice, medication safety, and healthcare operations.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support enterprise initiatives and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses that integrate clinical performance, operational metrics, financial outcomes, and market trends to inform strategic planning and organizational priorities.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and executive-level presentations translating complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with data engineering, IT, and analytics teams to develop scalable data pipelines and integrated data models.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability through monitoring processes and data management best practices.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT system services to support medication-related clinical decision support and workflows within the EHR.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and healthcare innovations to inform strategy.
• Provide mentorship to analytics, informatics, and data team members.
