Job summary

Accurate Personnel seeks a Regional On-Site Manager to lead multiple on-site staffing programs across a region. You will build client trust, drive service quality, and mentor site teams, while traveling to support existing locations and stand up new sites.

You will coordinate with branch teams on onboarding, payroll, and compliance, identify growth opportunities, and represent the company in quarterly business reviews. This role requires leadership and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in staffing, workforce solutions, or client services with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in driving client satisfaction, operations, and growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and shifting schedules.
• Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple on-site staffing programs within a designated region.
• Lead and mentor on-site managers and coordinators across sites.
• Partner with branch teams on fulfillment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to grow headcount, fill rates, and services.
• Represent Accurate Personnel in QBRs as a strategic workforce partner.
