Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks an OnSite Manager to ensure seamless site operations, drive profitable growth, and deliver service excellence at client locations. You will lead the service team, act as the primary client contact, and uphold safety and onboarding standards.

You will oversee data entry, reporting, client communications, and talent management, focusing on KPI achievement, compliance, and continuous improvement across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in staffing, logistics or account management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing onsite programs in staffing/workforce solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, data entry, time entry, payroll and invoicing processes.
• Prepare and deliver client-specific reports, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
• Manage talent onboarding, performance feedback, safety compliance, and daily operations.
