Total Quality Logistics is hiring a National Sales Executive in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you will identify and engage with high-volume LTL opportunities, build relationships, and close new business. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required up to 20%.

• 1+ year of proven success in a highly metric-driven sales role with LTL business knowledge.
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• High energy with an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-volume LTL opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Work potential accounts through the sales cycle from initiation to onboarding.
• Collaborate with LTL Pricing Team for competitive proposals.
