Model 1 Commercial Vehicles is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive Service and Parts growth for national accounts and large fleets. You will build tailored service plans to improve uptime, loyalty, and revenue, while maintaining clear communication and scalable solutions.

The role blends strategic selling with internal coordination to translate customer needs into commitments that the business can deliver across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management in fleet services or related industry.
• Experience managing large, multi-location or national accounts with pricing and contracts.
• Strong negotiation skills for pricing structures across regions or business units.
• Excellent organizational and cross-team coordination across operations, service, and dispatch.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Grow national and large fleet accounts with multi-location footprint.
• Develop and present service plans with clear SLA and pricing.
• Lead full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposal, contract, close.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure commitments are delivered.
• Manage pricing and contract terms across regions to protect margins.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
