Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet services sales or business development.
• Proven track record with national or multi-location accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop national and large account strategies and opportunities.
• Lead full sales cycle from outreach to contract.
• Coordinate with operations to align service with customer needs.
• Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline and forecasts.
• Represent Model 1 at industry events to generate leads.
• Build tailored service plans to improve uptime and loyalty.
