Cox Fleet is seeking an experienced National Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. This overnight role requires strong judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal partners, customers, and third-party vendors.

You will model best practices, support junior staff, and uphold Cox Fleet standards for service quality and customer experience while working a schedule from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years in dispatch/logistics
• Experience in fleet maintenance, trucking or transportation logistics
• Proficient communication across levels in a remote, fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Manage lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and emergency service events from request to completion
• Ensure technicians receive service events promptly and request additional work as needed
• Assign work with attention to time-based KPIs
• Audit open requests for daily updates and compliance
• Communicate status and delays proactively to customers and leadership
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal partners to resolve service problems
• Mentor and coach less experienced dispatch team members
• Maintain timely documentation in all systems for each event
