Job summary

Pavion Corp, a global leader in fire, security, and communications solutions, is seeking a National Account Executive I to manage key accounts and drive growth across facilities, IT, and operations.

You will conduct on-site surveys, design aligned solutions, present tailored proposals, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to expand wallet share and ensure client success. Travel 25-40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years sales or account management experience with national or strategic accounts.
• Experience with construction documents (transmittals, RFIs, specs, drawings, AIA billing).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow wallet share.
• Drive growth through upselling and technology refreshes tailored to client needs.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for qualified RFPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client value and support go-to-market strategies.
