Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the growth of the Data Center aftermarket service portfolio. The role focuses on expanding maintenance agreements and recurring revenue while aligning with District Service teams.

The candidate will guide pricing, scopes of work, and sales processes, serving as the data center market SME and coordinating with executives across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in management, leadership, business development or strategic sales.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth.
• Partner with District Service organizations to identify, price, and secure maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME on operations, requirements, and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Management.
• Create standardized programs, pricing, templates, and best practices for service sales.
