Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Data Center aftermarket service business. You will focus on increasing maintenance agreement sales, attachment rates, and recurring revenue while aligning with district teams to drive a cohesive national strategy.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on Data Center operations, mission-critical requirements, and market trends, developing scalable programs and standardized pricing to boost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to secure maintenance agreements and other opportunities.
• Establish standardized pricing, proposals, and scopes of work for national rollout.
• Partner with District Service organizations to scale Data Center service offerings.
• Provide SME guidance on Data Center operations, requirements and market trends.
• Monitor KPIs: bookings, revenue, attachment rates, and customer retention.
